Dispatch
The cut-off is 2pm on a working day. Order inside it and your parcel leaves the same afternoon. Miss it, or order on a weekend or bank holiday, and it goes with the next working day's collection.
Where we ship
The United Kingdom, and nowhere else. We will not post abroad, and we will not send to a freight-forwarding address either.

How it is packed
What goes in the box is dry freeze-dried powder, and that is a choice rather than an accident. Peptides break down in water, so most of this catalogue exists in dry form precisely because a parcel is no place for a solution. The moment you add the water back, the clock is running.
Pens and nasal sprays are the exception, since they come ready mixed. Whatever the format, the packaging is plain and says nothing about what is inside it.
If something arrives damaged
Get in touch first, with the batch number off the label to hand. Glass that has cracked, a stopper that no longer looks intact, or a cake that has gone melted, off-colour or slumped as though moisture reached it: every one of those is a reason to stop there and ask, not to press on and see what happens.
Tracking
The tracking number goes out by email the moment the order is dispatched. Nothing by the close of the next working day? Look in your spam folder first. That is almost always where it has gone.
