How to reconstitute SLU-PP-332?
Let it warm to room temperature, wipe the stopper, then send the bacteriostatic water down the side of the glass instead of onto the powder. Roll it until it clears; never shake it. Concentration follows from the volume you picked, so on the 10mg vial, 1ml gives 10 mg/ml, 2ml gives 5 mg/ml, 3ml gives 3.33 mg/ml, 5ml gives 2 mg/ml.
How should it be handled?
- Let a refrigerated vial reach room temperature first.
- Wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab every time you go in.
- Aim the water at the glass wall so it runs down, not straight onto the cake.
- Roll it gently between your fingers. Shaking makes foam, and foam is damaged protein.
