How to Order
Basket to doorstep in one page: the clicks, the cost, the timings and what is in the box.
How do you order?
- Pick a strength. Each compound page sets out every strength and format with its price and its milligram rate, so there is no sum left to do.
- Add it to your basket. Straight from a listing works; you do not have to open the product page at all.
- Check out. A name, an address and an email. Nothing to register, no password to invent.
- Pay. The details arrive by email the moment the order goes through. The site itself takes nothing.
- Track it. As soon as the parcel is handed to the courier, the tracking number is emailed out.

Stock lives in the United Kingdom and leaves on a tracked Royal Mail service. Since no border is involved, there is no clearance, no import charge, no handling fee, and no parcel waiting in a depot for somebody to release it.
What does delivery cost?
£4.95 tracked, to any UK address, and nothing at all above £75. We do not post outside the United Kingdom, and freight-forwarding addresses are not accepted.

How do you pay?
Once the order exists, the payment details follow by email. You never type a card number into this site and we hold none. The parcel goes out as soon as the payment lands.
What if something is wrong?
Come to us first, batch number from the label in hand. Cracked glass, a stopper that is no longer sound, or a cake that looks melted, discoloured or slumped to one side: each is a reason to stop there rather than press on. Wrong item or damage in transit means a replacement or a refund, with the return postage on us.
Changed your mind? Anything still sealed can go back inside 14 days. The returns page sets out how the hygiene exemption bites once a vial has been opened.
Can you advise on dosage?
We cannot, and writing to ask will not change the answer. Every item here is an unlicensed research compound sold for laboratory research. What each product page does carry is the reconstitution arithmetic, meaning which volume of bacteriostatic water gives which concentration, together with the storage conditions. Both describe a material. Neither tells anybody what to do with it.

How quickly will my order arrive?
Beat 2pm on a working day and it leaves that day, tracked, with Royal Mail. Since it all starts inside the UK there is no customs step and nothing lost waiting on an import.
Do I need an account?
None at all. A name, an address and an email at checkout covers it.
How do I pay?
They reach you by email the moment the order goes through. The website charges nothing itself, and we hold no card details.
Is the packaging discreet?
It is. A plain outer box that says nothing about the contents, tracked the whole way.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
You will not. The stock is already in the United Kingdom, so no border is involved.
