What we collect, and why

What we do not do
Your data is not for sale, and it goes no further than the people who genuinely need it to move your parcel and clear your payment. No advertising trackers run here, and we build no profile of you across other sites.
Health information is something we never ask for and never hold. Please do not send us any.
Who else sees it
Three parties, and no others. The carrier, so the parcel arrives. The payment provider, so the money clears; card and bank details go straight to them and never pass through us. The hosting provider, which holds the site and the order records on it.
How long we keep it
Orders and payment records stay six years past the end of whichever financial year they belong to, because that is what HMRC requires of us. Correspondence goes after two. Basket data never leaves your own browser in the first place.
Your rights
UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 entitle you to a copy of what we hold, a correction where it is wrong, deletion, an objection to how we process it, or the whole lot in a portable format. Put the request to us and you will have an answer inside a month.
Deletion has a single exception. Where the law obliges us to keep something, an invoice still inside its six-year window for instance, it stays until that window closes.
Cookies
No advertising cookie and no analytics cookie is set anywhere on this site. The basket lives in your browser's own storage, which our server never sees and nobody else receives. Should any of that ever change, this page is updated before it does.
Complaints
Raise it with us to begin with. If we have not put it right, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk is the UK supervisory authority and will take your complaint.
Privacy questions
Do you sell my data?
Never. Three parties see it and no more: the carrier bringing your parcel, the provider taking the payment, and the company hosting the site.
How long do you keep order records?
Six years from the close of the financial year they sit in. That is the accounting retention period HMRC sets.
Does the site use tracking cookies?
None at all, for advertising or analytics. The basket sits in your own browser storage and our server never receives it.
